Wi-Fi connectivity issues that hinder productivity!!! Dirty/common areas reflecting poor upkeep!!! Unpleasant odors in rooms detracting from a comfortable stay!!! Limited power outlets near beds making charging devices a hassle!!!

Can't recommend highly enough for an overnight stopping.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, the indoor swimming pool was a great surprise for relaxation after our day of exploring.

I stayed here for one night and found the bed to be super comfortable. The nearby Ontario Mills Outlet and numerous restaurants made it so easy to explore after checking in.

We had a fantastic stay with our family! The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and the kids loved the cozy corner with the armchair. The hotel was located close to shopping and great restaurants, making it easy to get everything we needed. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, giving them a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

We had to wait a bit for breakfast options to be ready.

I really enjoyed my stay! The highlight was the super comfy beds and the cozy café with great breakfast options. Only downside was the limited parking.

the king room with sofa bed had all the essentials. nice air conditioning, flat-screen TV, microwave, and coffee maker helped a lot. the beauty services and warm indoor swimming pool were great for relaxing after a long day. the gym was perfect for keeping up with workouts.

The indoor pool offered a warm retreat, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Bistro provided decent options for breakfast, including Starbucks coffee, which was a nice touch to jumpstart the mornings.

The check-in process lacked organization. Room plumbing issues arose on arrival, which required me to unclog the toilet myself despite not using it yet. Room cleanliness could use improvement, as the garbage in common areas went unemptied for extended periods. Additionally, the absence of hot water due to a flood made for an awkward last morning without the ability to flush or wash hands, causing unnecessary delays for my plans.

the courtyard has a great gym and convenient 24-hour store. During my stay, the staff really nailed the service. they remembered my breakfast order and had it ready for me each morning! having that extra touch in service really made my mornings smooth.

Unfortunately, the lack of a cooked breakfast option was disappointing, and parking can get a bit tricky. Overall, the atmosphere and service were commendable.
